Batteries to use: AAA Alkaline LR03 1.5V non-rechargeable (*no Duracell or Energizer)
To preserve battery life, it is recommended to turn the mechanism “off” between uses (using the black “on/off” button on the back of the mechanism)

Musical mechanism
Q: I got my pet but it doesn’t play music, what do I do?
A: Several avenues are possible:
1. Of course, make sure that the mechanism is on. We send all the mechanisms off to preserve the battery life
2. Play with the sound wheel so that the sound is not completely closed, when it is at its lowest, the sound is completely cut
3. Install new batteries (3x AAA AlcalinesLR03 1.5v)
In 99% of cases, it is a battery problem and after changing the batteries, it works as it should.
Then, if after changing the batteries to new ones it still does not work, please write us an email.

**It is also important to set it to 'off' between uses in order to preserve the life of these uses, because even at 'on' without playing it continues to consume a little of the battery. A small gesture to reduce the frequency of battery changes:)
Q: My Moka is still not playing after having tried the 3 solutions above, is there a guarantee on the mechanism?
A: The mechanism is guaranteed 1 year. If this one is really defective, we will be happy to replace it at no cost.
Q: The music plays but stops before the end of the song and/or starts to grill abnormally, what to do?
A: This is an indicative that the batteries need to be changed. Please change the batteries to new batteries (3x AAA AlcalinesLR03 1.5v)
